Find a Realtor

Real Estate

Alright, so you have made your decision that you are ready to invest in Real Estate! Great choice, as it has been proven, over time, that Real Estate will almost always gain value - so let's get started!

I have heard from my clients that most started their home search by looking on Realtor.com or Zillow - this is okay, but they are only looking at 1 or 2 of the sites that homes are listed on.. This is why it is so important to hire a Realtor to represent you in your deal. Let's get into those details.

As Realtors, we have access to a very vast searching capability on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) - this allows us to enter your criteria and we will all receive notification of those properties when they hit the market, or if the pricing changes on one and it now qualifies! Especially here in Utah, depending on the price range, homes can sell in a few days of hitting the market.

So how do you select your Realtor to represent you? I'd hope, that since you found my site and are looking at my steps, that you would call me so we could meet up and discuss! - Know this though, not all Realtors are the  same and they may or may not fit your "style". You need to find one that you are comfortable with, they are great at their job, and you like them - as we will be spending quite a bit of time together.
One thing I pride myself in, is that I answer my phone, unless I am meeting with a client at that moment. This is incredibly important, because I have heard horror stories of people not being able to get in contact with their realtor in timely situations. I will always return your phone calls or text messages as promptly as I can.

The next step to expect is to sign a Loyalty Contract. This solidifies the relationship between you as client, and me as your Realtor. This agreement ensures that confidential information shared, stays confidential.
