Earnest Money needs to be submitted to me within 2 business days (48 hours) of the contract being accepted.
This money preferably needs to be a cashiers check (as it is same as cash) but the Earnest Money cannot be cash, so this is the next best thing.
I am going to do my best to protect your earnest money from forfeiture, but you need to make sure you are doing all of your due diligence thoroughly.
